Production Times

Please allow 7-10 days after your order is placed for your items to be produced. Each item is hand-made just for you in our state-of-the-art production facility. We take great pride in delivering the highest quality products for our customers and thank you for your patience while we handcraft your order.

Shipping and Tracking

After your order has been produced (7-10 days), please allow 8-15 business days if you've picked standard shipping or 6-10 business days if you've picked express shipping for your items to be shipped and delivered. You will receive a tracking number 7-10 days after you place your order. If your tracking number does not show data, please allow up to 48 hours for the information to appear.
